That building connects to another via a walkway where actual pieces of the ISS are stored before being loaded on to shuttles for launch. Leonardo is a cargo module built by Italy that will carry things to the station and "garbage" back down. Not sure what Destiny does. Its a cleanroom - note the workers in the blue outfits.
